How to attract and retain International Talent?

The training aims to provide an overview of the principles and best practices for finding and retaining international talent.

Topics Covered in the Training:
– strategic workforce planning
– global trends in recruitment and employer branding
– recruitment of international talent

Trainers: Instar founder, CEO and strategist Kersti Vannas and recruitment manager Jelena Laudver.

Target Audience: company executives, HR managers, recruiters, and other interested professionals.

The training will be conducted in English in a hybrid format in collaboration with ICT and ITS growth companies from Finland and Latvia.
If Finnish and Latvian companies are prepared to come to Tallinn, we will arrange a networking lunch after the seminar. More details will be confirmed at the beginning of September.

As a follow-up, we offer company-specific consultations carried out by Instar. These consultations are tailored entirely to the company’s needs and focus on addressing specific challenges and opportunities in attracting and retaining talent.
Each company will receive three personalized consultations (3×3 hours):
– First Consultation (3h): Situation Analysis and Strategy Development
– Second Consultation (3h): Action Plan Development
– Third Consultation (3h): Action Plan Analysis and Future Planning

Consultations can take place either at the company’s premises or online, according to preference.
Language options: Estonian or English, as per the company’s needs.
Participants: Key representatives of the company, including the CEO, HR manager/specialist, and recruitment specialist.
